President
Born in Tibet-China and professionally shaped in Switzerland, Loby brings an international perspective and decades of industry experience to his role at SCTCC. His profound expertise in collaborating with Chinese companies, in particular, makes him a vital bridge between markets, cultures and business practices.

With over two decades at the forefront of international business, Daniel Recher blends Swiss discipline with an entrepreneurial spirit to deliver transformative results. As a seasoned executive in the medical device sector and a Swiss Army Lieutenant Colonel, he combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, turning complex challenges into opportunities for growth. His career spans leadership roles in global market leaders and start-ups alike, with deep expertise in scaling businesses, forging high-performance teams and navigating diverse cultural landscapes.
Secretary General
Tashi Norbu was born in Lhoka (Shannan), Tibet-China, a region deeply rooted in spiritual heritage and traditional Tibetan culture. Through years of dedicated practice, he has developed exceptional mastery of traditional Tibetan painting techniques, Buddhist iconography and authentic artistic materials. His works reflect a profound understanding of sacred proportions, symbolism and spiritual meaning — essential elements of genuine Buddhist art. Every creation is guided by discipline, reverence and an unwavering commitment to preserving the integrity of Tibetan cultural traditions.
Vice Secretary General
Dieter Borer is an experienced entrepreneur, consultant and network builder with a remarkable ability to connect people, ideas and organisations.
